Are the main concerts included in the entrance fee?
Standing places in concerts are included in the entrance fee, but within the limits of the capacity of each concert venue.
Is there any daily rate?
Daily PASSES are now on sale. It gives you right to all the concerts (standing up) including the great concert of the outdoor stage Tours Speedway for the day chosen, all the animations and exhibitions of the festival.
Will there be a point of sale on the festival site?
Yes, there will be a point of sale on the festival site.
Is it mandatory to buy entry tickets in advance?
No it’s not, but buying entry tickets in advance is recommended.
What is the price to attend the main concerts (standing and/or sitting)?

Is there any group rate?
No, there is no group rate.
Is there any reduced fee for children?
Yes, entry to the festival is free for children under 3 years, and the fee of the 3 days pass is 10 € for children from 3 to 10.
Is there a special fee for H.O.G. members?
There is a special fee for H.O.G. members: the festival 3 days pass is 45 € (instead of 55 €).
These passes will only be sold on site upon presentation of a valid H.O.G card.
Are the motorcycle parkings guarded (outdoor/indoor)?
Only the motorcycle (and trikes) parkings located inside the site are guarded.
Is the registration for the Run and the Grand Parade included in the festival entry fee and is it necessary to get registered?
Registration for the Run and the Parade is included in your 3 day festival pass.
For the Run, however, it is necessary to register in advance because there is a limited number of places. (Download the registration form on our website).
Is there any campsite nearby the Festival?
Festival ticket holders are welcome in a dedicated place to pitch their tent. This place (with toilets and showers) will be open from Friday 7th July at 12H00 until Monday 10th July at 12H00.
For security reasons, 4-wheeled vehicles won’t be allowed to access this place, but the car parks of the exhibition centre are very close by.
Caravans / Camping cars
The parking on the site of the park expo is composed of limited places for the part caravans / camping cars and without possibility of reserving a site.

Is it possible to book a space in this place?
No, it is not possible to book a space in this place.
Will US cars have a place to park within the festival grounds?
This year there will be a US car park within the festival site.

Are there shuttles?
No shuttles are organised, but there is a public transport service that stops near by the site. The Exhibition Park is close to Ligne 3 and Ligne16 stops. – Transport service map

Is there a cash-point (ATM) on site?
There is no ATM on the festival site, but there are some close to the site at the Les Atlantes shopping centre - Carrefour (5 minutes walk) (5mn à pied). – Access to Parc Expo map.
Is it allowed to bring a picnic to eat on the festival site?
Yes, it is allowed, but you will find a large number of catering stands offering a wide range of various specialities as well as many restaurants on the festival site.
Are dogs admitted within the festival grounds?
Dogs (on a leash) are admitted within the festival site except in Halls and catering areas.
