Is there any group rate?
No, there is no group rate.
Is there any reduced fee for children?
Yes, entry to the festival is free for children under 12 years (valid for any child under 12 years of age accompanied by an adult with an ATF ticket). This ticket is valid only for standing places.
Is there a special fee for H.O.G. members?
There is a specific fee for HOG members on the 3 day festival pass: 52 € (instead of 62 €)
These pass will be sold only on site on presentation of the H.O.G. valid. or in advance through your Chapter.
Are there car parks?
Many free car parks are located next to the Exhibition Centre. (Follow the signs set up when you arrive).
Are the motorcycle parkings guarded (outdoor/indoor)?
Only the motorcycle (and trikes) parkings located inside the site are guarded.
Is the registration for the Run and the Grand Parade included in the festival entry fee and is it necessary to get registered?
For the Run, however, it is necessary to register in advance because there is a limited number of places. (Download the registration form).
Is there any campsite nearby the Festival?
Festival ticket holders are welcome in a dedicated place to pitch their tent. This place (with toilets and showers) will be open from Friday 5th July at 12H00 until Monday 8th July at 12H00.
For security reasons, 4-wheeled vehicles won’t be allowed to access this place, but the car parks of the exhibition centre are very close by.
Is it possible to book a space in this place?
No, it is not possible to book a place in this space.
Will US cars have a place to park within the festival grounds?

Are there shuttles?
Caravans / Camping cars
The car park on the exhibition site has limited spaces for the caravan/camping-caravan section and no possibility of booking a space. Placement will be on a first-come, first-served basis – Limited number of places.
Parking hours for camping-cars:
Thursday 4/07 at 10 am to Monday 8/07 at 12 pm.
Is there a cash-point (ATM) on site?
Is it allowed to bring a picnic to eat on the festival site?
Yes, it is allowed, but you will find a large number of catering stands offering a wide range of various specialities as well as many restaurants on the festival site.
Are dogs admitted within the festival grounds?
Dogs (on a leash) are admitted within the festival site except in Halls and catering areas.
There will be a left-luggage office, it will be indicated on the site map (soon online) and indicated on site.
